1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "69toto", "we", "us", "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under the domain 69toto.cam and its associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 69toto platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon registration with 69toto.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and related services offered by 69toto.
• "Website" refers to 69toto.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital platforms through which Services are accessed.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by a Player into their 69toto Account for the purpose of placing wagers or playing games.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's 69toto Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives awarded to Players subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 69toto to comply with regulatory obligations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 69toto and use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 69toto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the depositor after deduction of any processing fees.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Our Services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of Account registration and each time you access the Services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 69toto complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with 69toto. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect that you have opened or are operating multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all wagers and winnings, and confiscate any balances. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 69toto immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. 69toto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

69toto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by Player VIP tier and payment method.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from accounts not matching your registered name will be reversed, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in their own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier. 69toto aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary depending on payment method, banking hours, and Player verification status.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport and proof of address. 69toto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, or payment method ownership.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for withdrawal, deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) at minimum odds of 1.50 for sports bets or must be played through once on casino games. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity. Bonus funds carry separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Bonus terms.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 69toto are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit via a payment method that operates in a different currency, the funds will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, and any applicable conversion fees charged by your payment provider will apply.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

69toto may offer various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed on the promotional page or communicated via email. By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the combined bonus and deposit amount for casino bonuses, and 5x (five times) the bonus amount for sports free bets. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, table games 15%, and sports betting 50%.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

69toto reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other Players, or any other activity we deem to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. In cases of bonus abuse, we may void all wagers, confiscate bonus funds and any associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the offending Account.

4.4 Bonus Eligibility

69toto reserves the right to exclude certain Players from receiving bonuses at our sole discretion, including Players who have previously violated these Terms, Players identified as professional or advantage players, and Players residing in jurisdictions where offering bonuses is restricted.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 69toto platform are final once accepted by our system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming a bet. 69toto is not liable for errors made by Players when placing bets, and we will not reverse or refund bets placed in error except where a clear technical malfunction on our part can be demonstrated.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, including football betting (locally known as bandar bola or judi bola in Indonesian), all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Markets are settled according to standard industry practices. For Asian handicap bets (locally called voor bola), half-win and half-loss outcomes apply according to standard Asian handicap rules. For accumulator bets (known as mix parlay in Indonesia), all selections must win for the bet to be successful. 5.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and specialty games, are governed by their individual game rules and paytables. These rules are accessible within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of the game rules, the English version prevails.

5.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or other system failure that results in incorrect odds display, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect payout calculations, 69toto reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. We will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such technical malfunctions.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Unless otherwise stated for specific games or promotions, the maximum payout per bet slip or game session is capped at Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). This limit may be adjusted for VIP Players at our discretion.

6. Responsible Gaming

69toto is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69toto platform:

• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive practice
• Money laundering or using the Services to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit technical vulnerabilities in our software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 69toto staff or other Players
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Allowing third parties to access or use your Account
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of our software

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 69toto

69toto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, posed a security risk to our platform, or for any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. In the event of Account suspension or termination for violation of these Terms, we may withhold any remaining Account balance.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. Please note that if you have claimed any bonus that has not yet been fully wagered, you may forfeit that bonus upon voluntary Account closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login and no transactions) for a period of 12 consecutive months, 69toto reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, to cover the costs of maintaining the inactive Account. We will notify you via email before applying any inactive Account fees.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 69toto website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of 69toto or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 69toto, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the Services by any third party
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your 69toto Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles and the laws applicable to online gaming operations licensed by Curacao eGaming. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and 69toto.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to Terms

69toto reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the 69toto website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
